Register to become a vendor at the 2023 Culpeper Arts Festival

Registration fee is $40.00

We believe that your art and crafts would make an excellent addition to our festival, and we are offering a space for you to exhibit and sell your work. (This festival is open to all vendors who carry original artwork and hand-crafted items, no MLMs or mass produced products please.) The entry fee for artisans to participate as a vendor is $40 for an extra large display space, and participation option hours are from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Vendors will need to provide their own equipment needed for setup, which will be available as early as 9:00 a.m. We will provide assigned spaces for registered vendors, which includes access via private vehicle for loading/unloading.
Power is available on limited, first-come-first served basis and requests for access must be submitted via email to [email protected] no later than 8/30/23. Access to wifi is limited by reach and will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis.

The festival will feature live music and entertainment throughout the day, music and art games and activities, food trucks and more. The festival will take place rain or shine, except in the case of a full rainout.

We are confident that our festival will be an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your work and connect with other artists and artisans in the area. We hope that you will join us in supporting the Jewell Tone Center for the Arts and its mission to promote the arts in our community.
